1 oie de 3 kgs environ pr\u00eate \u00e0 cuire.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oignon.<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 clous de\u00a0girofle.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 orange.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 bouteille de cidre brut.<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de calvados.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel fin.<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 tours de moulin \u00e0 poivre.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; Piquez l&rsquo;oie \u00e0 la fourchette, et enfournez-la (th. 5) afin de la d\u00e9graisser.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Recueillir la graisse et laissez refroidir la volaille.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Farcissez-la avec l&rsquo;oignon piqu\u00e9 des clous de girofle et l&rsquo;orange lav\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en quartiers.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Cousez l&rsquo;ouverture.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Frottez toute sa peau avec le m\u00e9lange sel et poivre.<br \/>\n6 &#8211; Dans le plat \u00e0 four, posez l&rsquo;oie sur le dos, arrosez-la du cidre et mettez \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 (th. 8) 15 mn, puis (th. 6) pendant 3 heures, en l&rsquo;arrosant souvent (si la sauce diminue de trop, ajoutez un peu de bouillon de volaille).<br \/>\n7 &#8211; D\u00e9posez-la sur un plat de service, arrosez-la du calvados et flambez-la.<br \/>\n8 &#8211; Tenez le plat au chaud au bord du four.<br \/>\n9 &#8211; Dans le po\u00eblon, versez le fond de cuisson, faites-le r\u00e9duire \u00e0 gros bouillons et ajoutez 1 bonne cuill\u00e8re de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\n10 &#8211;
