Laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert, \u00e0 feux tr\u00e8s doux, pendant environ une demi-heure. Les poireaux ne doivent pas colorer mais fondre.<br>3 Ajouter le vin blanc et laisser mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert \u00e0 feu moyen pendant encore 5 minutes. Ajouter ensuite la cr\u00e8me, le safran et laisser cuire pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.
