Emincez-les finement. Rincez bri\u00e8vement les champignons. \u00d4tez la base de leur pied des champignons puis coupez-les en tranches fines. Equeutez et lavez les feuilles de persil. Emincez-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dans une po\u00eale, faites fondre une noisette de beurre. Placez-y les \u00e9chalotes \u00e9mincez et faites-les revenir. Lorsqu\u2019elles deviennent translucides, ajoutez les champignons et le persil \u00e9minc\u00e9. Faites-les revenir pendant 10 minutes environ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Rincez les noix de Saint-Jacques \u00e0 l\u2019eau claire. S\u00e9chez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide de papier absorbant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Dressez le gratin de Saint-Jacques au vin blanc. Beurrez soigneusement le plat \u00e0 gratin avec la derni\u00e8re noisette. R\u00e9partissez-y les Saint-Jacques et les champignons \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chalote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse, le vin blanc sec, la ma\u00efzena. Salez et poivrez et versez la sauce dans le plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Saupoudrez le gratin de Saint-Jacques au vin blanc avec la chapelure. Enfournez pendant 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le gratin soit bien dor\u00e9.
