D\u00e9barrassez-les dans un bol une fois qu&rsquo;ils sont devenus translucides.<br>2 &#8211; Dans la m\u00eame casserole, faites ensuite dorer les morceaux de b\u0153uf sur toutes les faces. Une fois qu&rsquo;ils sont bien color\u00e9s, rajoutez les oignons cuits et m\u00e9langez-les avec la farine.<br>3 &#8211; Ajoutez le vinaigre et et la moutarde et laissez cuire 2 min<br>4 &#8211; Versez la bi\u00e8re brune dans la casserole, puis la cassonade, le laurier, le thym, le sel et le poivre et 5 tranches de pain d\u2019\u00e9pices coup\u00e9es en morceaux. Portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avant de baisser le feu.<br>5 &#8211; Laissez cuire la carbonade flamande \u00e0 feu doux pendant au moins deux heures.
