Ajoutez le sel, la levure et m\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ajoutez l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et p\u00e9trissez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ne colle plus. Formez une boule et laissez reposer 1 h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Abaissez la p\u00e2te et repliez chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ver le milieu, en l\u2019abaissant \u00e0 chaque fois. Laissez reposer 1 h de plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Placez la p\u00e2te sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier de cuisson. \u00c9talez-la \u00e0 la main, puis couvrez de film alimentaire. Laissez reposer 1 h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 D\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te en quatre baguettes et farinez.
