Zestez-en un finement. R\u00e9servez puis pressez son jus.<br>2 &#8211; D\u00e9sar\u00eatez les darnes puis d\u00e9posez-les dans un plat. Salez et poivrez-les. Arrosez-les avec le jus du citron press\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement. Couvrez et laissez mariner au moins 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur en retournant le poisson au bout d\u2019une demi-heure (ou si vous laissez 2 heures, au bout d\u20191 heure).<br>3 &#8211; Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez la cro\u00fbte. Lavez, s\u00e9chez et hachez le persil. \u00c9pluchez les gousses d\u2019ail et hachez-les. M\u00e9langez l\u2019ail et le persil, ajoutez la chapelure (Panko), le sel et le piment d\u2019Espelette. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau.<br>4 &#8211; Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br>5 &#8211; Coupez le deuxi\u00e8me citron en tranches d\u2019environ 3 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. D\u00e9posez-les dans le plat autour du poisson, arrosez avec 30 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
