D\u00e9layez 1 cuil. de Ma\u00efzena dans 5 cl de lait froid. Versez dans une casserole avec 20 cl de lait, la vanille et le sucre, faites \u00e9paissir \u00e0 feu doux en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, \u00f4tez la vanille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9layez le reste de Ma\u00efzena dans 5 cl de lait froid, puis versez dans une casserole avec 20 cl de lait. Faites \u00e9paissir \u00e0 feu doux en tournant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Hors du feu, ajoutez le chocolat en morceaux et remuez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez ces deux cr\u00e8mes encore chaudes en m\u00eame temps dans des verres. Donnez trois tours de fourchette pour marbrer.
