{"id":5348,"date":"2023-03-19T18:08:05","date_gmt":"2023-03-19T17:08:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=5348"},"modified":"2023-03-28T16:45:34","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T15:45:34","slug":"brioches-suisses-a-la-vanille-bourbon-de-madagascar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=5348","title":{"rendered":"Brioches suisses \u00e0 la vanille bourbon de Madagascar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-25.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5349\" width=\"740\" height=\"865\" srcset=\"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-25.png 740w, https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-25-257x300.png 257w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ck2ho\"><strong>P\u00e2te \u00e0 Brioche :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-54qma\">60g de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6prt\">10g de levure fraiche ou 5g de levure s\u00e8che<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-d5knv\">330g de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cbjjo\">35g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-apmul\">3oeufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-83emn\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6jqak\">100g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-e10jb\"><strong>Creme p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8uup\">250g de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-34t4r\">50g de jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-fp581\">60g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-4tho3\">25g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cm0rm\">25g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ag5k2\">1 gousse de vanille 16 cm ( vanilla gasy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6d642\">100g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u00c9tapes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bve3\"><strong>Brioche :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1gv7q\">Chauffer le lait 30 sec au micro onde, mettre la levure, m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9iuvb\">Dans la cuve du robot, muni du crochet, mettre la farine, le sucre, les \u0153ufs, le sel et le beurre couper en morceaux, p\u00e9trir 10 min \u00e0 la 1ere vitesse tout en delayant avec le m\u00e9lange lait et levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2f1ci\">Transvaser dans un bol, recouvrir d&rsquo;un torchon et laisser pousser 2h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-diraq\">Pendant ce temps r\u00e9aliser la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3uk1u\"><strong>Cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/strong> Dans un r\u00e9cipient, blanchir les jaunes et le sucre, ajouter la ma\u00efzena, m\u00e9langer. Dans une casserole faire chauffer le lait avec la gousse de vanille fendu et gratt\u00e9e. A \u00e9bullition, enlever la gousse, puis verser la moiti\u00e9 sur le m\u00e9lange sucre \/ \u0153uf\/ ma\u00efzena, m\u00e9langer Remettre dans la casserole, faire chauffer tout en fouettant pendant quelques minutes. Hors du feu ajouter le beurre. D\u00e9barrasser dans un r\u00e9cipient et entreposer au frigo. <strong>Montage :<\/strong> D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te sur un plan farin\u00e9. \u00c9taler la sur 1 cm, puis d\u00e9couper des disques de 10 cm. Creuser un puit au centre, d\u00e9poser de la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re (refouetter la avant de l&rsquo;utiliser). Dorer les bords de la brioche \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau et de lait. D\u00e9poser sur une plaque et enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 15 20 min (cuisson \u00e0 surveiller selon le four) Laisser refroidir.
