Attention : le corail cuit plus vite que la noix, il faut donc bien surveiller la cuisson, je vous conseille un feu vif pendant quelques minutes puis tout doux sur les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f133\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6u6ov\">Lorsque les coquilles sont cuites, r\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ccn5i\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5kj4i\">A feu vif, dans la po\u00eale ajouter la cr\u00e8me et la gousse de vanille cisel\u00e9e pour que les petits grains puissent s&rsquo;en \u00e9chapper c&rsquo;est plus joli ! Laisser r\u00e9duire pour que la sauce devienne onctueuse.
