Battez les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs et le sucre au fouet \u00e9lectrique, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et double de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7d2nt\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-41t8i\">Ajoutez la farine m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec la Ma\u00efzena et la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-8aapq\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-63kfe\">Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-fprt0\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-b0v1b\">Versez la p\u00e2te sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou en silicones. Mettez dans le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (th. 6 ) pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7i21d\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-6ufja\">La g\u00e9noise doit rester tr\u00e8s souple, surveiller bien la cuisson, elle ne doit pas trop cuire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-83eeu\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 8<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-86tjv\">Astuces : Attendre 5 minutes puis d\u00e9mouler la g\u00e9noise sur un torchon humide, avec un pinceau badigeonner d&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e et rouler la doucement et bien serr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-4d9b7\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-25psm\">Pour la cr\u00e8me au beurre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-6kr08\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-8v625\">fouetter le beurre dans le bol d&rsquo;un batteur pendant 3 secondes. Fouetter l&rsquo;oeuf entier et le jaune dans un pichet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7evlm\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 11<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7fho3\">Verser l&rsquo;eau et le sucre dans une casserole puis porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser cuire pendant 4 minutes ( la cuisson du sucre est dite \u00ab au boul\u00e9 \u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-30qib\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 12<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-b53vm\">Verser le sucre cuit sur les oeufs et battre au fouet \u00e9lectrique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange triple de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-eb8p8\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 13<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-fjr1e\">Verser en filer sur le beurre tout en battant lentement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-dthbd\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-eflcv\">Ajouter l&rsquo;extrait de vanille et fouetter encore quelques minutes ( 15 minutes environ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-d8ous\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 15<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-8i7q4\">\u00c9taler la cr\u00e8me au beurre sur la g\u00e9noise et rouler la d\u00e9licatement en la serrant bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-2fe9p\"><strong>\u00c9TAPE 16<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-462am\">Entourer de cellophane la b\u00fbche, puis la mettre dans le frigo pendant 1h ! Pr\u00e9parer une seconde cr\u00e8me au beurre, pour recouvrir la b\u00fbche.
