Dans une grande po\u00eale, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, faites revenir les gambas \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 D\u00e9s qu&rsquo;elles changent de couleur, ajoutez les noix de Saint-Jacques, laissez cuire 1 min \u00e0 feu moyen, saupoudrez de curry et de paprika, ajoutez le cube de bouillon, le gingembre, le piment, et les herbes, bien m\u00e9langer. Ajoutez le hachis d&rsquo;ail et de persil. Couvrez la po\u00eale et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux 1 \u00e0 2 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 D\u00e9couvrez et versez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, remuez d\u00e9licatement et rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement.
