class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mettre la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 ramollir dans de l\u2019eau froide.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer une cr\u00e8me anglaise&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Porter les 90 g de lait et de cr\u00e8me \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li><li>Battre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les jaunes puis y verser petit \u00e0 petit le lait bouillant sans cesser de remuer.<\/li><li>Transvaser le tout dans la casserole et cuire \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant continuellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration
