Ajoutez les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, pel\u00e9es, le romarin et l\u2019oignon coup\u00e9 en 4.<\/li><li>Badigeonnez la peau de la canette de beurre fondu et ajoutez un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Salez, poivrez.<\/li><li>Disposez-la dans un plat \u00e0 four et enfournez 20 minutes (si possible, arrosez toutes les 10 minutes).<\/li><li>Retournez&nbsp;la&nbsp;canette&nbsp;de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 et prolongez la cuisson 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Dans une petite casserole, faites bouillir le jus de l\u2019orange avec le miel. Retournez \u00e0 nouveau la canette, arrosez de cette pr\u00e9paration puis poursuivez la cuisson 35 minutes.<\/li><li>Laissez reposer la canette recouverte d\u2019une feuille d\u2019aluminium environ 10 minutes avant de la d\u00e9couper.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ASTUCES DU CHEF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 bien sortir la canette du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 30 minutes avant de la cuire afin que la cuisson soit bien uniforme et la chair bien tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est d\u00e9licieuse accompagn\u00e9e de petites pommes de terre et de carottes, que vous placez dans le plat aux 3\/4 de la cuisson.
