Bien \u00e9taler pour recouvrir le fond et r\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le lait concentr\u00e9, le zeste de citron, le jus de citron et 200 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li><li>Battre 2 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige et les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li><li>Ajouter la pr\u00e9paration dans la moule. Placer le tout au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/li><li>Battre les 3 \u0153ufs en neige en ajoutant le sucre au fur et \u00e0 mesure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des pics fermes.
