farine dans un saladier. Creusez en puits, versez au centre la levure pr\u00e9alablement m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019eau.<br>Ajoutez le sucre, le sucre vanill\u00e9, le sel, les \u0153ufs et le beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s.<\/li><li><\/li><li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"205\" src=\"https:\/\/static.750g.com\/images\/320-205\/a981ffd786d34dd4facfe7d1815136e3\/336117.jpg\" alt=\"\"><strong>2<\/strong> M\u00e9langez le tout \u00e0 la main. La p\u00e2te est collante, c\u2019est normal.<br>Mettez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9 et p\u00e9trissez \u00e9nergiquement pendant 10 minutes, afin que la p\u00e2te soit ferme. Formez une boule, remettez-la dans le saladier. Couvrez d&rsquo;un torchon et laissez lever 1 heure \u00e0 l\u2019abri des courants d\u2019air. Dans un bol, fouettez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9. Ajoutez la ma\u00efzena, fouettez puis versez petit \u00e0 petit le lait fr\u00e9missant, tout en fouettant.
