{"id":5060,"date":"2022-10-02T15:44:48","date_gmt":"2022-10-02T14:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=5060"},"modified":"2022-10-02T15:44:48","modified_gmt":"2022-10-02T14:44:48","slug":"gateau-suedois-aux-amandes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=5060","title":{"rendered":"G\u00c2TEAU SU\u00c9DOIS AUX AMANDES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>20 min<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Temps de repos :<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u2013<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Temps de cuisson :<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>50 min<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Temps total :<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>1 h 10 min<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;6 personnes<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>G\u00e2teau :<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>150 g de farine<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>150 g de sucre en poudre<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>75 g de beurre fondu<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>45 g de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10 g de vanille en poudre ou 1 gousse de vanille<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>8 g de levure chimique<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>45 ml de lait entier<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Garniture :<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>100 g d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50 g de beurre doux<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50 g de sucre<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10 g de farine<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>45 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1 c. \u00e0 c. de vanille en poudre<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four en mode statique \u00e0 180 \u00b0 C.<\/li><li>Beurrer et fariner un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 22 \u00e0 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre ou munir de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, fouetter les \u0153ufs et le sucre durant 5 min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance \u00e9paisse et mousseuse.<\/li><li>Incorporer la vanille en poudre tout en fouettant. Tamiser la farine, la levure chimique et le sel.<\/li><li>Verser le lait et le beurre fondu dans la pr\u00e9paration, puis incorporer petit \u00e0 petit et d\u00e9licatement le m\u00e9lange de farine et de poudre d\u2019amandes.<\/li><li>Verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule.<\/li><li>Enfourner durant 30 \u00e0 35 min.<\/li><li>Durant la cuisson du g\u00e2teau, Mettre le beurre dans une casserole sur feu moyen.<\/li><li>Une fois fondu, ajouter le sucre, la farine, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la vanille et les amandes et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
