sabl\u00e9e maison<\/li><li>300 g de mascarpone<\/li><li>100 g de sucre<\/li><li>1 citron bio + le zeste<\/li><li>1 c.\u00e0.s de extrait de vanille liquide naturelle<\/li><li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>sucre glace<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g de farine<\/li><li>125 g de beurre<\/li><li>70 g de sucre semoule ou glace<\/li><li>1 jaune d&rsquo;oeuf<\/li><li>5 cl d&rsquo;eau (ou de lait)<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faites votre p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Blanchir les jaunes avec le sucre et d\u00e9tendre avec un peu de lait.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Mettre le beurre en morceaux et le sel sur la farine comme pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Prendre farine et beurre dans les mains et croiser les doigts.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u00c9craser beurre et farine ensemble en frottant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les mains.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Le beurre doit \u00eatre enrober de farine.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Formez une fontaine et au milieux verser au centre le m\u00e9lange sucre, l&rsquo;oeuf et lait.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Masse entre les mains, l&rsquo;ensemble doit bien se tenir ensemble.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Farinez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le plan de travail et fraiser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention de l&rsquo;amalgame.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Former la boule (elle doit \u00eatre fine et souple).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022 \u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Pour un moule de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Abaissez la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e et d\u00e9posez-la dans votre moule a manque.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Piquez la p\u00e2te (r\u00e9server la au frais).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pressez le citron, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus et les zestes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Dans un saladier, fouettez le mascarpone et ajouter le sucre.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Versez l&rsquo;extrait de la vanille.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ajouter le jus et les zestes de citron.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Incorporez les \u0153ufs 1 \u00e0 1 , la pinc\u00e9e de sel puis m\u00e9langer.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sortez votre p\u00e2te de frigo et versez la pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Enfourner la tarte pour 45 minutes de cuisson.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Laisser refroidir et saupoudrer de sucre
