Mettons-les dans un bol.<\/li><li>On fait fondre le beurre et on le verse sur le biscuit broy\u00e9. Nous m\u00e9langeons tout tr\u00e8s bien et versons \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un moule de tarte doubl\u00e9 de film de cuisine.<\/li><li>Nous formons les bords et la base \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Le m\u00e9lange est tr\u00e8s modelable donc nous n\u2019aurons pas de difficult\u00e9s. Laissons-la se reposer 30 minutes dans le frigo pour qu\u2019elle se calme.<\/li><li>Nous montons le mascarpone avec le sucre en poudre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me homog\u00e8ne. Nous ajoutons aussi l\u2019essence de vanille.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langeons la cr\u00e8me que nous aurons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mont\u00e9e et m\u00e9langeons \u00e0 la main avec une spatule pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>Prenons la base de biscuits et versons \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur la garniture pr\u00e9par\u00e9, nivelons bien et laissons la tarte paradis se refroidir pendant encore 30 minutes dans le frigo.<\/li><li>Au moment du service, sortons-la et retirons-la du moule en \u00e9liminant le film de cuisine.
