Chemisez de papier sulfuris\u00e9 un moule \u00e0 bord haut de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre et \u00e0 charni\u00e8res \u00e0 fond amovible.<\/li><li>Mixez les sp\u00e9culoos, puis m\u00e9langez-les au beurre fondu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te.
