Attendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il prenne une belle couleur ambr\u00e9e et qu&rsquo;une odeur de noisette se d\u00e9gage.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clarifier le beurre si possible (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une passoire tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s fine ou d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe) et le mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient pour qu&rsquo;il refroidisse.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs : la farine, la poudre d&rsquo;amande, le sucre glace et la levure.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Battre les \u0153ufs en neige bien fermes avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Ajouter les \u0153ufs aux ingr\u00e9dients secs en faisant attention de ne pas trop les casser. Ajouter ensuite le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langer doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verser la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau (ici un moule \u00e0 tarte rectangulaire).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laver et s\u00e9cher les abricots. Les couper en deux, \u00f4ter le noyau et d\u00e9couper chaque moiti\u00e9 en deux.\u00a0D\u00e9poser les quartiers d&rsquo;abricots sur la p\u00e2te en prenant soin de ne pas trop appuyer pour ne pas \u00ab\u00a0noyer\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;abricot.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enfourner pour 30 minutes environ.
