Mettez la cr\u00e8me une nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de commencer la recette. Elle doit \u00eatre froide, mais surtout pas surgel\u00e9e donc oubliez le cong\u00e9lateur.<br>2. Mettez le saladier et les fouets au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 30 min. L\u2019id\u00e9al est d\u2019avoir du saladier en inox car il gardera le froid encore plus longtemps.<br>3. Dans la saladier, versez le sucre et la cr\u00e8me. Fouettez sur une vitesse moyenne.<br>4. Ajoutez le fixateur de chantilly si besoin apr\u00e8s 2 ou 3 minutes tout en continuant \u00e0 battre.<br>5. La cr\u00e8me chantilly est pr\u00eate lorsqu\u2019elle a doubl\u00e9 de volume. Ne la battez pas trop longtemps au risque qu\u2019elle tranche et devienne du beurre.<br>6.
