Cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 l&rsquo;anglaise.<br \/>\n3 \u00c0 \u00e9bullition, surveiller la cuisson en piquant la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau dans une pomme de terre. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles seront cuites, la lame de couteau devra se planter sans r\u00e9sistance.<br \/>\n4 Au terme de la cuisson, \u00e9goutter et laisser ti\u00e9dir. (ne pas rafraichir).<br \/>\n5 Emincer l&rsquo;oignon et le faire suer \u00e0 la po\u00eble avec un peu d&rsquo;huile.<br \/>\n6 Ajouter les lardons fum\u00e9s,\u00a0et laisser\u00a0suer quelques minutes de plus.<br \/>\n7 Beurrer largement un plat \u00e0 gratin.<br \/>\n8 Couper en grosses lamelles la moiti\u00e9 des pommes de terre et les mettre au fond du plat \u00e0 gratin.<br \/>\n9 Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 des lardons et des oignons cuits.<br \/>\n10 Ajouter le reste de pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en lamelles et le reste de lardons et d&rsquo;oignons cuits. Etaler la cr\u00e8me fraiche sur le dessus.<br \/>\n11 D\u00e9couper le reblochon en deux dans le sens de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et le d\u00e9poser sur vos pommes de terre (facultatif: ajouter un verre de vin blanc sec).<br \/>\n12 Enfourner \u00e0 four tr\u00e8s chaud (220-250\u00b0C).<br \/>\n13 Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le reblochon fonde et gratine en surface.
