D\u00e9cercler et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.fr\/astuces-termes-et-tours-de-main\/1957788-reserver-definition\/\">r\u00e9server<\/a>.<\/li><li>Pendant que la p\u00e2te cuit, peser la cr\u00e8me et les pralines, puis le beurre.<\/li><li>Pour finir. Mettre le tout dans une casserole et cuire \u00e0 110\u00b0C pendant 15 minutes environ. Verser la cr\u00e8me aux pralines dans le fond de tarte. Laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
