{"id":4508,"date":"2021-01-17T16:55:08","date_gmt":"2021-01-17T15:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4508"},"modified":"2021-01-17T16:55:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-17T15:55:08","slug":"la-truffade-auvergnate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4508","title":{"rendered":"La truffade Auvergnate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 15 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 15 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>600 grs de pommes de terre<\/li><li>300 grs de tomme fra\u00eeche de cantal<\/li><li>130 grs de poitrine de porc fum\u00e9e<\/li><li>sel<\/li><li>poivre<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>saindoux ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Couper la poitrine de porc en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Eplucher,  laver et couper en fines rondelles  les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 Les s\u00e9cher les pommes de terre dans un torchon et couper la tomme fra\u00eeche de cantal en lamelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Mettre le saindoux \u00e0 fondre dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 Ajouter la poitrine de porc et faire rissoler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 Verser les pommes de terre et les cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 15 mn \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant de temps en temps \u00e0 la spatule en bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 Saler et poivrer.<br>8 Lorsque les pommes de terres sont bien rissol\u00e9es, les \u00e9craser grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 la fourchette et ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail finement h\u00e2ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9 Ajouter la tomme fra\u00eeche en fines lamelles.<br>10 Le fromage va fondre et se m\u00e9langer aux pommes de terre.
