Etalez la p\u00e2te au rouleau sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9, sur 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur, puis garnissez-en un moule \u00e0 tarte beurr\u00e9 de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Piquez le fond de tarte \u00e0 la fourchette, puis enfournez pour 10 min environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la garniture : fouettez les \u0153ufs avec les jaunes, le sucre et la ma\u00efzena, puis incorporez le jus de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuisineactuelle.fr\/recettes-de-cuisine\/fruits\/citron\">citron<\/a>\u00a0vert et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Sortez le fond de tarte du four, baissez celui-ci \u00e0 160 \u00b0C (th. 5\/6). Versez la garniture sur le fond de tarte et enfournez \u00e0 nouveau, pour 20 min.
