Rajouter les tomates. Saler, poivrer et laisser mijoter doucement.<\/div>\n<div>3 &#8211; Confectionner une sauce b\u00e9chamel all\u00e9g\u00e9e:<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e9layer la ma\u00eezena avec une petite partie du lait froid.<br \/>\n&#8211; Chauffer le reste du lait.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quand le lait est tr\u00e8s chaud, verser la ma\u00eezena d\u00e9lay\u00e9e et remuer sans cesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un l\u00e9ger \u00e9paississement.
