{"id":4344,"date":"2019-11-09T18:59:32","date_gmt":"2019-11-09T17:59:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4342"},"modified":"2019-11-09T18:59:32","modified_gmt":"2019-11-09T17:59:32","slug":"cassolettes-de-saint-jacques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4344","title":{"rendered":"Cassolettes de Saint-Jacques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 40 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 20 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-3 oignons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 300 grs de champignons de Paris frais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 20 crevettes roses fra\u00eeches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 400 grs de noix de saint-jacques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>persil frais <\/li><li>margarine pour beurrer les cassolettes<\/li><li> 2 cl de whisky<\/li><li>Pour la sauce :<\/li><li> 15 cl de vin blanc<\/li><li> 20 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche <\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;1 Couper finement l&rsquo;oignon ainsi que l&rsquo;ail. Emincer les champignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;2 Faire revenir l&rsquo;ail et les oignons dans une po\u00eale avec un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 3 Mettre les champignons \u00e0 cuire dans une deuxi\u00e8me po\u00eale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Faire dorer les noix de Saint-Jacques \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (1 minute puis les retourner) ajouter le whisky (ou autre alcool pour les faire flamber). R\u00e9server et garder le jus de cuisson \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;5 Pr\u00e9parer les cassolettes en beurrant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chaque plat individuel (allant au four).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 6 Ajouter dans chacune d&rsquo;elles : oignons, champignons, les noix de Saint-Jacques ainsi que 5 crevettes et le persil pr\u00e9alablement hach\u00e9. R\u00e9server.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 7 Pr\u00e9parer la sauce. Verser dans casserole sur feu doux le vin blanc, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le jus de cuisson des noix de Saint-Jacques.
