M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade (quelques gouttes de vinaigre de vin rouge, 10 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, sel et poivre) puis badigeonner l\u2019entrec\u00f4te avec la pr\u00e9paration et la laisser mariner une heure.<br \/>\n2. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la sauce vierge et la salade de haricots blancs.\u2028Sauce vierge : m\u00e9langer les tomates \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en petits cubes, le piment doux \u00e9minc\u00e9, l\u2019oignon doux et la ciboulette finement cisel\u00e9s, saler et poivrer, verser le vinaigre et l\u2019eau chaude, remuer et fouetter \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.\u2028Salade de haricots blancs : les \u00e9goutter et les rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide, les m\u00e9langer avec la cr\u00e8me liquide, la cannelle, le vinaigre, le sel et le<br \/>\npoivre.<br \/>\n3. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0 C (Th. 6).<br \/>\n4. Saisir l\u2019entrec\u00f4te 5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 sur un grill puis la cuire au four 6 \u00e0 10 minutes selon la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e en la retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<br \/>\n5.
