{"id":4197,"date":"2019-05-15T20:54:55","date_gmt":"2019-05-15T19:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4197"},"modified":"2019-05-15T20:54:55","modified_gmt":"2019-05-15T19:54:55","slug":"lamelles-dencornets-a-la-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=4197","title":{"rendered":"Lamelles d&rsquo;encornets \u00e0 la tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :   30 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson :  30 mn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1  kg d&rsquo;encornet d\u00e9congel\u00e9es chez le poissonnier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1   poivron rouge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;1   oignon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0tomates  <\/li><li>1  verre de vin blanc<\/li><li>ail en poudre <\/li><li>\u00a0persil frais<\/li><li>2  carr\u00e9s de sucre<\/li><li>une petite bo\u00eete de sauce tomate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;1 Couper l&rsquo;oignon en petit morceaux, le poivron en lamelles fines et les tomates en petits d&nbsp;2 Couper les lamelles d&rsquo;encornet si elles sont trop grosses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 R\u00e9server le tout dans des assiettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a04 Faire chauffer de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une cocotte en fonte, y mettre les morceaux d&rsquo;oignons et les lamelles du poivron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a05 Laisser cuire en remuant de temps en temps, lorsque les poivrons sont bien roussi et un peu noirs, d\u00e9glasser avec le verre de vin blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0 6 Remuer, ajouter les lamelles d&rsquo;encornets, verser les morceaux de tomates, le concentr\u00e9 et recouvrir le tout d&rsquo;eau, remuer; rectifier en mettant un peut d&rsquo;ail , du sel, du poivre et 2 carr\u00e9s de sucre pour enlever l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 de la tomate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux 30 minutes.
