Lavez les l\u00e9gumes et \u00e9pluchez-les. Nettoyez et \u00e9mincez les champignons.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Faites dorer le poisson et l\u2019ail dans une cocotte avec l\u2019huile 5 min. Mouillez avec le vin blanc et le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Retirez le poisson.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; D\u00e9taillez les l\u00e9gumes en petits morceaux. Ajoutez-les dans la cocotte avec le laurier et laissez cuire 15 \u00e0 20 min.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Remettez les poissons et ajoutez les crevettes dans la cocotte 5 min avant la fin de la cuisson des l\u00e9gumes.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le jus de <a class=\"autolink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cuisineactuelle.fr\/recettes-de-cuisine\/fruits\/citron\" data-autolink=\"true\">citron<\/a> et la cr\u00e8me. Fouettez avec un peu de jus de cuisson chaud. Versez sur les l\u00e9gumes et le poisson. M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement sans faire bouillir.
