D\u00e9layez la levure dans un peu de lait ti\u00e8de, laissez lever 10 min puis versez-la dans la farine avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Commencez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir en incorporant peu \u00e0 peu le reste de lait. Ajoutez ensuite le beurre mou et travaillez la p\u00e2te 10 min environ, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit lisse et ne colle plus aux doigts. Couvrez d&rsquo;un linge propre et laissez lever 30 min \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Retravaillez la p\u00e2te, divisez-la en 8, formez des boules lisses et bien rondes. Rangez-les sur une plaque, laissez reposer 1h. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four th. 6 (180\u00b0C).<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Battez l&rsquo;\u0153uf restant avec le lait, dorez les pains \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau et faites-les cuire 10 \u00e0 15 min.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au chocolat :<br \/>\n<\/strong>Enfermez quelques carr\u00e9s de chocolat dans chaque petit pain avant de les enfourner. A d\u00e9guster ti\u00e8de \u00e0 la sortie du four pour un chocolat encore coulant !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aux fruits :<br \/>\n<\/strong>Coupez des fraises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es en tout petits d\u00e9s et incorporez-les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te une fois que vous l&rsquo;avez bien p\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A la cannelle :<br \/>\n<\/strong>Incorporez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre au moment de m\u00e9langer la farine avec le sucre et le sel.
