{"id":3377,"date":"2015-03-22T22:14:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-22T21:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=3377"},"modified":"2015-03-22T22:14:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-22T21:14:00","slug":"pitas-pains-grecs-a-garnir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=3377","title":{"rendered":"Pitas (pains grecs \u00e0 garnir) #"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 10 pitas) :<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 de farine blanche<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de levure de boulanger<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de\u00a0sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de\u00a0sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 25 cl d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de<br \/>\nPr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; Mettre la farine et la pinc\u00e9e de sel dans une jatte.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; M\u00e9langer l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de, la levure et la pinc\u00e9e de sucre puis rajouter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la farine. Malaxer.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Si le m\u00e9lange est trop collant, rajouter un peu de farine, si au contraire le m\u00e9lange est trop sec, rajouter quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Il faut constituer une boule de p\u00e2te puis poser un torchon propre sur la jatte et laisser reposer la p\u00e2te 1 heure (si possible dans un endroit chaud).<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Sur un plan de travail, mettre un peu de farine puis y disposer la pate. La malaxer longuement de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que celle-ci devienne tr\u00e8s souple.<br \/>\n6 &#8211; La s\u00e9parer en 10 portions \u00e9gales, puis abaisser chaque portion en petits disques de qq millim\u00e8tres d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur (penser \u00e0 bien fariner le plan de travail afin que les pitas ne collent pas).<br \/>\n7 &#8211; Laisser lever \u00e0 nouveau les pitas avant la cuisson.
