Rabattre les quatre pans de la p\u00e2te pour l&rsquo;enfermer.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; \u00c9tendre la p\u00e2te au rouleau en une bande longue, \u00e9troite, r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, que l&rsquo;on amincit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on commence \u00e0 apercevoir le beurre.<br \/>\n6 &#8211; Plier la p\u00e2te en 3, en rabattant un des bouts sur le milieu de la p\u00e2te, et l&rsquo;autre bout par-dessus le premier.
