Nettoyer le poivron, l&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9piner et le couper en d\u00e9s. Peler et hacher l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, la faire suer\u00a0quelques minutes dans une cocotte avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter les moules et le vin blanc, ajouter le poivron. Couvrir et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 4 \u00e0 5 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Pendant la cuisson des moules, \u00e9bouillanter les tomates, les peler, les \u00e9p\u00e9piner et les couper en d\u00e9s. Laver puis effeuiller le basilic et le ciseler. Hors du feu, laisser ti\u00e9dir les moules puis les d\u00e9coquiller (conserver 20 moules enti\u00e8res pour la d\u00e9coration).<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Dans une sauteuse, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus de cuisson des moules (ainsi que les d\u00e9s de poivrons), ajouter la cr\u00e8me et faire r\u00e9duire quelques minutes (j&rsquo;ai ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Ma\u00efzena pour \u00e9paissir la sauce). Ajouter les pignons de pin. Faire cuire les spaghettis comme indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet, les \u00e9goutter, les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Pour finir, m\u00e9langer les spaghettis, les moules, le basilic, les d\u00e9s de tomates et la sauce. Chauffer le tout 2 minutes et assaisonner.
