Les mettre ensuite \u00e0 cuire 15 \u00e0 20 min dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. En fin de cuisson, les passer sous l&rsquo;eau froide courante afin de les refroidir, puis les mettre \u00e0 \u00e9goutter.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; D\u00e9tailler le lard en lardons, puis les faire revenir dans une cocotte beurr\u00e9e et les laisser rissoler. Peler puis hacher les \u00e9chalotes et les jeter dans la cocotte avec les lardons pour les faire colorer.
