{"id":2872,"date":"2015-04-03T21:43:39","date_gmt":"2015-04-03T20:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2872"},"modified":"2015-04-03T21:43:39","modified_gmt":"2015-04-03T20:43:39","slug":"gateau-a-la-creme-pralinee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2872","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me pralin\u00e9e #"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration : 30 mn<a href=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/gateau.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3550\" title=\"gateau\" src=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/gateau-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Cuisson : 40 mn<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 4 personnes) :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pour la g\u00e9noise :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 90 grs de beurre mou<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 grs de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 grs de farine \u00e0 g\u00e2teau<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 15 cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 grs de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 grs de ma\u00efzena<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 grs de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 grs de pralin + 10 grs de beurre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour le nappage :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 100 grs de chocolat pralinoise<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 grs de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pour la G\u00e9noise :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; Travailler le beurre et le sucre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur, puis ajouter les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Ajouter ensuite la farine et le lait en alternant.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Incorporer d\u00e9licatement les blancs mont\u00e9s en neige (fermes).<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6) pendant 40 min.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e8me pralin\u00e9e :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; Faire chauffer le lait dans une casserole.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Blanchir le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et le sucre. Ajouter la ma\u00efzena, bien m\u00e9langer et verser le lait chauff\u00e9 petit \u00e0 petit.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Verser dans la casserole et faire \u00e9paissir.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Hors du feu, ajouter 10 grs de beurre et laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Une fois refroidi, ajouter le m\u00e9lange de pralin et de beurre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nappage :<\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; Faire fondre le chocolat pralinoise dans le micro-ondes avec un tout petit peu d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Ajouter le beurre ramolli et la cr\u00e8me.
