Retirez les magrets, jetez la graisse de cuisson.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Versez dans la po\u00eale le miel et le vinaigre, grattez \u00e0 la fourchette pour d\u00e9tacher les secs de cuisson et donnez un bouillon.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; D\u00e9coupez les magrets en tranches, remettez-les dans la sauce pendant 2 minutes puis versez sur le plat de service.
