{"id":2768,"date":"2013-12-14T22:27:13","date_gmt":"2013-12-14T21:27:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2768"},"modified":"2013-12-14T22:27:13","modified_gmt":"2013-12-14T21:27:13","slug":"magret-de-canard-et-sa-compotee-dechalotes-au-miel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2768","title":{"rendered":"Magret de canard et sa compot\u00e9e d&#039;\u00e9chalotes au miel #"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration : 10mn<a href=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/magret1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2769\" title=\"magret1\" src=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/magret1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"168\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Cuisson : 25mn<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 magrets de canard<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 belles \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 cl vinaigre de framboise<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 \u00e0 7 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel (\u00e0 doser selon les go\u00fbts de chacun)<br \/>\n&#8211; sel, \u00e9pices 4 baies<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1 &#8211; Inciser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau des magrets, puis les disposer (toujours c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau) dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feux tr\u00e8s doux.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Il faut laisser fondre la graisse doucement, en prenant soin de vider r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent, pendant une vingtaine de minutes environ.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Lorsque la graisse a fondu aux trois quarts, augmenter le feu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 coloration de la peau.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Ensuite, mettre les magrets de c\u00f4t\u00e9, les assaisonner de sel et 4 baies, puis les disposer \u00e0 nouveau dans la po\u00eale chaude, c\u00f4t\u00e9 chair, pendant 3 \u00e0 5 minutes, selon la cuisson souhait\u00e9e.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; R\u00e9server les magrets.<br \/>\n6 &#8211; Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir les \u00e9chalotes coup\u00e9es finement. (Vous pouvez vous servir d&rsquo;un peu de la graisse des magrets comme mati\u00e8re grasse).<br \/>\n7 &#8211; D\u00e9glacer avec le vinaigre de framboise et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<br \/>\n8 &#8211; Enfin ajouter le miel et couper le feu.
