Posez les dans une po\u00eale, c\u00f4t\u00e9 gras au fond et faites cuire 8 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Haussez le feu pendant 5 mn de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 faire griller la peau.<br \/>\n3\u00a0 \u00a0Jetez le gras, retournez-les et poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes.
