Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3 dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9, alterner un couche du m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs-tomates, une couche de lotte jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 remplir le moule.<br \/>\n4 cuire au four au bain-marie pendant environ 1 heure \u00e0 225\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pour finir&#8230; Surveiller la cuisson : si le pain noircit sur le dessus, baisser la temp\u00e9rature du four.
