Ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de moutarde, un g\u00e9n\u00e9reux filet de citron, de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche all\u00e9g\u00e9e (environ 10 cl), saler et poivrer.
