Vous obtenez un boudin.<br \/>\n<strong>4 <\/strong>Mettre la p\u00e2te un peu au frais pour qu&rsquo;elle durcisse (le coupage sera plus facile).<br \/>\n<strong>5 <\/strong>Couper le boudin en tranches de 0,5 \u00e0 1 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<br \/>\n<strong>6 <\/strong>Mettre les tranches sur une plaque avec un papier sulfuris\u00e9 ou une plaque beurr\u00e9e et les cuire 20 minutes, thermostat 6\/7 ou 180-190\u00b0C.
