{"id":2034,"date":"2012-07-13T23:20:17","date_gmt":"2012-07-13T22:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2034"},"modified":"2012-07-13T23:20:17","modified_gmt":"2012-07-13T22:20:17","slug":"tarta-de-queso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/?p=2034","title":{"rendered":"Tarta de Queso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration : 20 mn<a href=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/tarta-queso.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2035\" title=\"tarta queso\" src=\"http:\/\/recettes.keke-geek.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/tarta-queso-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nCuisson : 50 \u00e0 60 mn<br \/>\nIngr\u00e9dients pour un moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 de 20 \u00e0 23 cm :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n4 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g de fromage frais \u00e0 tartiner\u00a0<em>( type St Moret, Philadelphia )<br \/>\n<\/em>&#8211; 125 g de yahourt brass\u00e9 nature\u00a0<em>( 1 pot. 0% possible )<br \/>\n<\/em>&#8211; 125 ml de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 35 g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 35 g de ma\u00efzena<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 c\u00e0c d&rsquo;extrait de vanille liquide<br \/>\n&#8211; Le zeste finement r\u00e2p\u00e9 d&rsquo;1\/2 citron<em> ( + 1 goutte de jus )<br \/>\n<\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em>1 &#8211;\u00a0Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et beurrer le moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Dans un saladier, battre les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils p\u00e2lissent et deviennent mousseux. Ajouter le fromage frais \u00e0 tartiner, le zeste finement r\u00e2p\u00e9 du demi citron, le \u00a0 \u00a0yaourt\u00a0nature, le lait et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille. Fouetter.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; \u00a0Parall\u00e8lement, tamiser ensemble la farine, la ma\u00efzena, la levure. Les ajouter progressivement au m\u00e9lange des oeufs en fouettant.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; \u00a0Monter les blancs en neige tr\u00e8s ferme avec quelques gouttes de jus de citron ( cela les resserre ).
