Faire bouillir le lait et la vanille et le m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement au jaune, sucre et farine sans cesser de remuer.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Placer le m\u00e9lange dans une casserole, ajouter le kirch et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux quelques instants. Retirer du feu d\u00e8s les premiers bouillons, ajouter le beurre, remuer et r\u00e9server.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Dans un \u00e9vier rempli d&rsquo;eau froide et de gla\u00e7ons, placer un saladier refroidi au frigo. Remplir ce dernier de la cr\u00e8me fleurette et battre en chantilly. Comme cela peut prendre un certain temps,\u00a0\u00a0 utiliser du chantifix.
