Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; D\u00e9rouler la p\u00e2te sur la plaque du four, en conservant la feuille de cuisson. Garnir le centre avec la frangipane, \u00e9taler-le jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 cm du bord. Glisser la f\u00e8ve.<br \/>\nHumecter avec de l&rsquo;eau le bord de p\u00e2te non garni.<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Recouvrer avec la 2\u00e8me p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Souder les 2 parties en pressant tout le tour avec les doigts puis retourner le bord comme un ourlet en l&rsquo;humectant \u00e0 nouveau, en le pressant pour le\u00a0 fermer\u00a0herm\u00e9tiquement.
