Coupez les poivrons en 2 et retirez les cloisons et les p\u00e9pins. Coupez les courgettes dans le sens de la longueur et \u00f4tez-leur les p\u00e9pins, de m\u00eame pour les tomates. Coupez tous les l\u00e9gumes en petits d\u00e9s.<br \/>\nDans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, faites chauffer l\u2019huile.
