Les rincer et les mettre \u00e0 cuire 20 minutes \u00e0 la vapeur.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Presser le jus des 2 citrons verts. Placer les tranches de saumon fum\u00e9 dans un plat creux et les arroser du jus de citron. Laisser mariner une heure.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Hacher trois asperges. \u00c9taler les tranches de saumon sur le plan de travail. Tartiner de fromage frais, parsemer de hachis d\u2019asperges et poivrer. Enrouler pour enfermer le fromage.<br \/>\n4 &#8211; D\u00e9couper les rouleaux en petites bouch\u00e9es. D\u00e9corer d\u2019une asperge et de pousses de betterave.
