Rajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine, le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, puis couvrir la viande avec de l&rsquo;eau.<\/div>\n<div>2 Fermer la cocotte et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 15 mn.<\/div>\n<div>3 Pendant ce temps, \u00e9plucher les pommes de terre, les laver et les couper en quatres morceaux. Les rajouter dans la cocotte, ainsi que les olives et les champignons.
