Couvrir le fond d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes. Disposer les cuisses.<br \/>\n2 Mouiller avec le cidre et le bouillon de volaille. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3 Faire cuire environ 1h 15 mn \u00e0 170\u00b0C (T 5-6).<br \/>\n4 Eplucher les pommes et les couper en quartiers. Les po\u00ealer au beurre en les saupoudrant de sucre.<br \/>\n5 R\u00e9server les cuisses et les garder au chaud. R\u00e9duire le jus de cuisson et rajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br \/>\n6 Dresser les cuisses sur des assiettes chaudes. Entourer les cuisses de pommes.
