Allonger ensuite la sauce avec une petite briquette de cr\u00e8me liquide. Ajouter les champignons. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Versez sur le poisson, enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0 durant 45 minutes.
